We use high-quality garlic from local Estonian farmers. Our products are 100% natural. We add no additives, preservatives nor sugar. Our production is environmentally friendly, using solar power and minimizing waste, we use the whole raw garlic plant from flower to bulb in our product and we have
minimized the use of plastic package by 40% last year. Our production capacity is 1,5 tons a month.

Why Black Garlic? Black Garlic is valued for its ́ unique taste, the magical 5th taste called Umami. During 3-weeks long fermentation process in controlled environment garlic loses all its’ bitterness and intense
smell and the natural sugars in garlic caramelize, giving black garlic soft texture like marmalade. Umami means “the essence of deliciousness” in Japanese.

Black Garlic tastes savory and at the same time sweet and sour, plummy with hints of dark chocolate or balsamic vinegar. The umami taste lasts longer than other basic tastes and it deepens all other flavors!
Black Garlic is suitable both for sweet and savory dishes.

Black Garlic is traditionally also known as the source of eternal youth. During fermentation the level of antioxidants increase up to 80 times compared to the raw white garlic. So, it is a food that has healing
