This is classic chicken broth that we cooked for approximately 12 hours with Asian spices. Make Tom Kha or ramen, curry or other Asian dishes. It’s great with chicken, coconut, and vegetables. The preparation of our premium bone broth takes at least 12 hours – only due to the long cooking process the bones and marrow with their valuable nutrients can get into the broth and develop their full taste. Then we add vegetables and spices and let it simmer for another 4 hours to get the best Asian flavor from the ingredients. All ingredients are 100% from organic farming and we use as many regional ingredients as possible. The bones originate from organic free range chicken.
