The oil is extracted only by cold-pressing method, thereby preserving all the nutritional values – Omega 3, Omega 6, Omega 9 and other vitamins. As we make our Premium Hemp Oil from hemp hearts, the color is beautifully golden instead of green. To preserve the nutritional value of Premium Hemp Oil, you should always use it cold, because when cooked at a high temperature, it smokes, which changes the taste and removes the key nutrients.
