The history of our company Rõngu Mahl dates back to 1986. We are a dynamically growing modern enterprise with extensive experience in production and distribution of conventional and organic juices and nectars, juice drink concentrates and jams.
What differentiates us from other producers? We offer a large group of products made of hand-picked wild berries from natural forests, meadows and marshlands. Our consumer products are preservative free*, and none of our products contain high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, flavors or sweeteners. We take pride in the quality of our products, using only the best berries and fruits to assure pure and true flavor in the final product.
Juice concentrates have a wide range of uses in gastronomy and gourmet cuisine. The product can be added to tasty treats like curd cream, custard, ice-cream cocktail, cake, etc.; used as all natural flavoring agent in savory marinade and/or sauce; added to milk, buttermilk, yogurt, and smoothies to one’s liking. Of course, it can be simply mixed with hot or cold water into a tasty fruity beverage. Our concentrated fruit juice drinks have minimally added sugar containing low 14 – 19 gr/8 oz serving. Concentrated fruit juice contains only naturally occurring sugar from the fruit.
The exquisite taste of our jams is blend of flavors and aromas from forests and gardens containing high volume (approximately 60 %) of the best quality berries. Cloudberry jam is the perfect companion for cheese resulting a true gourmet appetizer. Our raspberry jam brings back memories of childhood treat: pancakes with grandma’s jam.
The production of our products is in compliance with national and European legislation and the requirements of good production practice.
