Mostly suits with ,,young,, wines. melts well in oven -good for pizzas. Shape: Low disc with curved sides, height 4-7cm, diameter 10-20cm, weight 0,9-1,1 kg. Surface: Scabrous, evenly small indents with small holes thoughout. Consistency: Even mass, elastic, easily cuttable, slight separation of whey allowed. Taste:Soft, mildly salty with tender smell of cheese. Packed into vacum package, either the whole disk or 200-300 g pieces.
