Color: light whitish-yellow or whitish-grey shades can
be present. Odor: scent of birch tree, a slight flowery
odor mixed with notes of sourness. Taste: sweet, mild
sourness, subtly astringent and fresh. Aftertaste:
subtle astringent aftertaste with slight sweetness.
